C.UK Security Services believes in the continuous development of its staff and provides relevant training to ensure that employees are able to excel in their roles and reach their full potential.  We are committed to the Government-funded Train to Gain scheme with a number of officers already having achieved qualifications in Customer Service and Providing Security Services. 

All staff are provided with a probationary review meeting after 3 months of employment and annual appraisal review where a plan for the personal development of the individual is agreed.
