C.UK Security Services are committed to Continuous Professional Development and encourages their officers to train to at least NVQ level 2 standards in customer care.  C.UK wherever possible offer training in topic areas that will contribute to an individual’s personal development . To enhance our internal training programme, C.UK work with a number of training providers including The Tess Group, who have been internationally award nominated for their training, coaching and consultancy.

All staff are provided with a probationary review meeting after 3 months of employment and annual appraisal review where a plan for the personal development of the individual is agreed.
