Rog Hatlem - CEO

Prior to joining C.UK, Rog was a commercial lawyer for over 20 years before joining the company in an advisory capacity ten years ago.  Although originally on the Board of a number of other companies with diverse interests he was persuaded by the management to devote himself to C.UK thereby becoming an integral part of the company's success.  He was appointed CEO three years ago and led a management buyout of C.UK at the end of 2008. 

During this time, Rog has been responsible for turning C.UK into one of the highest quality companies in the security industry, as shown by the company being rated in the top 10% by the Security Industry Authority's Approved Contractor Scheme. 

He has also overseen the development of one of the most efficient screening teams in the security industry.

Rog is actively involved with CIRAS, the Confidential Incident Reporting and Analysis System, which helps the railway industry to be even safer.

C.UK has a strong commitment to education and training within the local community which is why Rog is a member of the Peterborough Academy Board.  Rog has pledged his support as a Partner in Business to a Career Academy student in order to help raise the aspirations of 16 to 19 year olds.

Sharon Pierrepont - Marketing Associate

Sharon joined C.UK in 2008, bringing with her over six years of marketing expertise from the service industry. As Marketing Associate, Sharon is responsible for the organisation and delivery of C.UK's marketing interests, including: internal and external communication, PR, branding, media relations and event responsibilities.

Louise Tippleston – Relationship Executive

Louise has over 20 years of experience managing sales and business development specifically in the Security sector. Louise has a high level of security expertise and an ability to develop new business within diverse sectors.  She has operated in a senior managerial capacity over several years and has managed large-scale contracts across the U.K. in a variety of sectors.

Donna Sturgess, Personnel Support Manager

Donna joined C.UK in December 2011 and has over 10 years’ experience in HR many of which are within the security industry. Donna has a wealth of HR experience and knowledge of the security industry across various sectors including Corporate, Distribution and Retail.

In her role as Personnel Support Manager, Donna is responsible for all HR related matters and functions for C.UK including Employee Relations, Screening, Quality, Training and Health & Safety.
